Key Responsibilities
Sponsor Relations
Managed partnerships with Fortune 500 companies including Capital One, IBM, Toyota, Goldman Sachs, and NVIDIA. Led sponsorship outreach, pricing discussions, and contract negotiations while securing over $100K in funding and support for HackUTD.
Workshop & Event Coordination
Planned and executed both technical and non-technical workshops, sponsor panels, and networking events. Ensured alignment between sponsor goals and participant interests, fostering an engaging environment for innovation and recruitment.
Meetings & Communication
Facilitated sponsor meetings, mediated discussions, and managed professional correspondence. Maintained clear communication across industry partners and internal teams to ensure all deliverables and sponsorship activations were completed on time.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborated with logistics, marketing, tech, and design teams to integrate sponsor needs into event operations. Coordinated scheduling, branding, and workshop setups for smooth execution throughout the 48-hour hackathon.
